THE Hilton Hotel is set to undergo renovations due to be completed this winter.
The hotel, located on William Street in the city centre, will see rooms and lobbies renovated as well as leisure spaces across the building.
The work is being carried out by interior design company Bell & Swift, with the team redesign rooms with a Charles Rennie Mackintosh "Glasgow style", with a focus on the heritage of the city.
Luke Townsend, senior manager of project management at Hilton Glasgow said: “This will be the largest renovation the hotel has undergone since its opening in 1992.
"Our vision for the project is to enhance our offering with a modern take on elegance and luxury, restoring the hotel to its position as market lead and premier function destination in Glasgow."
The renovations are set to be completed in December.
