WORK to refurbish fire-damaged homes in Lancefield Quay will see a cycle lane axed to allow access.
The cycle lane which runs behind the homes close to the SEC will be closed, requiring bikes to merge with westbound traffic on the A814 to allow materials to be delivered to the site.
The Clydeside cycle path is expected to be closed until March 2021.
Lancefield Quay was the site of a devastating fire in December last year.

Residents faced a long wait to be allowed back to their former homes.
Nixon, the company appointed to oversee the project, predicted in February of this year that residents would return to the landmark development late in 2021.
Originally a quayside transit store built in 1947, the building was converted in the late eighties as part of an urban renewal plan for the city.
More than 2000 residents were evacuated in the blaze on December 9.
Up to 60 firefighters were sent to tackle the fire which saw the residents of 24 flats displaced. Thankfully, no one was injured.
