THE body of a man was found in Strathclyde Park on Tuesday morning.
Police attended the scene in Motherwell at 10am after the discovery was made by a woman.
The force said the body was recovered from the waters of the park.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We were called around 10am on Tuesday, December, 1 to a report of a body being seen in the loch, near to Spine Road in Motherwell.
“The body of man has been recovered, there are no suspicious circumstances and enquiries are ongoing."
