Cops have locked down Argyle Street at its junction with Union Street

A MAJOR city centre road has been locked down after an accident.
Emergency services have closed off Argyle Street at its junction with Union Street following an incident this afternoon.
The full details are not yet known but drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
The Glasgow Times has contacted Police Scotland for comment.
