Hearbreaking tributes have been paid to a young mum who passed away on Christmas Eve after a brave battle with MND.
Jennifer Bell from Milngavie was tragically handed just a few months to live after giving birth to her second daughter in March.
The 28-year-old bravely spoke about her illness just two months ago, encouraging people “not take life for granted because tomorrow is never guaranteed" in a public letter.

Sadly, the mum-of-two passed away from the condition yesterday morning.
Heartbreaking tributes have since been paid to the young mum, with her devastated father writing an emotional post on Facebook.
He said: "With a very heavy heart, my beautiful daughter Jennifer passed peacefully in the early hours of this morning.
“I want to thank everyone for their support and kindness everyone has shown towards my darling daughter and my family.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Marie Curie for the care they gave Jennifer.”

After giving birth to her first daughter, Georgia, inspirational Jennifer juggled childcare, university and studying – along with a part-time job and a university placement.
She gave birth to her second baby, Kacey, but still went back to university – taking only two weeks off.
Jennifer graduated from Caledonian University with a BSc in learning disability nursing shortly after being diagnosed two years ago.
After sharing her battle online, hundreds of thousands of pounds was raised for the MND Scotland in the young mum's name.
