Chris Sutton has posted an emotional tribute to his father Mike after he passed away yesterday following a battle with dementia.
The Celtic idol said his dad was his hero and that he would miss him so much.
Sutton's father was a footballer himself who enjoyed succesful stints at Norwich and Chester in the 1960s.
In a touching tribute on Twitter, Sutton wrote: "My dad Mike sadly passed away yesterday.
"He was a great sportsman, teacher, husband, dad and grandad. He was my hero and I will miss him so much."

Sutton has campaigned in recent times about the rise of dementia cases in ex-footballers and he has urged the Football Association to do more with regard to rulings around heading the ball in the game.
Many of Sutton's fellow pundits were quick to send their condolances following the sad news.
Football Focus host Dan Walker said: "Really sorry to hear about your dad Chris. I know you have been valiantly fighting his corner for a long time. May he rest in peace."
Fellow BT Sport pundit Rio Ferdinand posted: " Sorry to hear this Chris. Continue raising the awareness. Blessings to your family."
And ex-Manchester City ace Micah Richards said: "Condolences. Sorry to hear that news!"
