A SCOTS actor will now stand trial later this year charged with a sex attack on a woman.
Sunshine on Leith star Kevin Guthrie allegedly committed the offence at a flat in Glasgow.
Prosecutors allege the 32-year-old struck on "various occasions" between September 30 and October 1 2017.
The indictment lists a number of accusations including claims the pair watched pornography together, that Guthrie put his tongue in her mouth and also bit her breast.
Guthrie - who also featured in the Fantastic Beasts films and most recently Netflix drama The English Game - denies the sexual assault charge.
Guthrie appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court in June and denied the allegation.
A trial before a jury was set for last week but this was administratively adjourned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
A new trial date was set for April.
Guthrie, of the city's Yorkhill, remains on bail.
