UPDATE: The area has now been deemed 'safe' by fire crews
POTENTIALLY hazardous materials have been discovered in a property on a busy East End road.
Firefighters are currently carrying out tests on the Duke Street find and have cordoned off charity shop SPUC.
It's understood a nearby solicitor's office was also swooped on by crews when the alarm was raised at around 1pm.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “We were alerted at 1.01pm on Tuesday, January 26, to reports of a an incident involving potentially hazardous materials at a commercial property on Duke Street, Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised two appliances and specialist resources to the scene where firefighters are currently conducting atmospheric monitoring tests.
“No casualties have been reported at this time.

“Crews remain in attendance.”
Police Scotland confirmed they are on the scene and helping direct traffic.
