Contracts director Neill Gillespie said the firm was "proud to be playing our part in regenerating Glasgow".
He added: "Demand for premium office space in Glasgow city centre is high and collectively, the design, location and desirability of 6 Atlantic Quay presents it as a significant opportunity for potential occupiers in this competitive marketplace."
Other core elements of the planned works include the construction of 14 car parking spaces and new secondary entrance on York Street.
