A GLASGOW drag queen has beaten local competition in the pop charts this week.
The RuPaul's Drag Race UK star Lawrence Chaney features in the United Kingdoll's song UK Hun? which has reached number four in the official UK top 40 this week, one place ahead of Airdrie's sea shanty singer Nathan Evans, with his hit version of the traditional number Wellerman.
Lawrence is a member of the United Kingdolls, a group made up for a competition in the British version of the hit American series, which pits queens against one another for chart success.

Last week, the tune made it to number one in the iTunes chart after it featured on the BBC reality TV show.
Lawrence's bandmate in the trial, Bimini, tweeted: "We made it to number four on the Top 40.
"Making queer herstory. Keep buying and streaming, let's keep climbing."
