A disturbance that saw Glasgow train services disrupted has left a boy in critical condition.
Police were called Boydstone Road in Thornliebank late on Friday night where a 15-year-old was found seriously injured.
He is fighting for his life in Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Rail services to Thornliebank station were suspended from around 6am to 8.30am today.
Trains between Glasgow Central station and East Kilbride ran non-stop between Pollokshaws West and Giffnock.
A spokeswoman for the force said: "Around 11.10pm on Friday 26 February 2021, police received a report of a disturbance in Boydstone Road.
"Officers attended and found a 15 year old male seriously injured. He was taken to the QEUH where he remains in a critical condition.
"Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident."
