UPDATE: Man arrested after bomb squad cops probe suspicious package near Singer train station
THE bomb squad has locked down an area near a train station as officers probe a suspicious package.
Police remain on the scene on Kilbowie Road, in Clydebank, after the alarm was raised at around 12.15pm today.
Singer railway station has been closed as a precaution, but it is understood the package is not inside the West Dunbartonshire transport hub.
