ANTI-police graffiti has been plastered on a war memorial in a West End park.
The Kelvingrove Park statue was targeted on Easter Sunday by vandals, who daubed "ACAB!" (All Cops Are B*******) and "No peace?" on it with red paint.
The memorial commemorates the soldiers of the Highland Light Infantry (HLI) who gave their lives in the Second Boer War (or South African War) between 1899 and 1902.

A Glasgow group, which campaigned for tougher laws to be brought in for vandalism on statues, was among those to condemn the graffiti.
Jim Watson, of Friends of Dennistoun War Memorial, said: “I’m lost for words yet again.
“It’s another despicable act by those who don’t know any better.
“I honestly don’t know what people hope to get out of this, it seems an absolutely pointless act yet a disgusting act.”
Last year the group petitioned to have a specific law against desecrating war memorials, similar to one that is being introduced by the Westminster parliament.
Mr Watson added: “This is why we had the campaign last year for laws to protect war memorials.
“Yet again we have seen another act of vandalism against a memorial, which is why we plan to restart our campaign this year to have a similar law introduced like that in England.”

It's unclear who is behind the graffiti but it comes shortly after cops ramped-up patrols and took a tougher stance against revellers in the West End greenspace.
The park's statues have previously been targeted with anti-police messages, including the HLI and Thomas Carlyle memorials just last year.
A Glasgow City Council spokeswoman said: “The graffiti has been reported to the team and they will get it cleaned off as soon as possible.”
