THE CEO of Primark has spoken about "positive" Scottish customers on the retailer's first day back in business.

The bargain giant extended its opening times to 7am this morning as bosses anticipated stores being busy.

In the city centre, some even queued outside the Argyle Street branch from as early as 4.30am to be first in line for the shop reopening.
