POP legends Simply Red have postponed their city show to 2022.
The Manchester band fronted by singer Mick Hucknall told fans the show on October 4 at the Hydro would not go ahead this year. They previously rescheduled the concert from 2019.

Mick said: "I’ve spent most of my life going out and singing for people, so it feels strange not to have that.
"I miss being able to express myself. It's going to be wonderfully inspiring when people can go and see bands again. I can’t wait.”

The new date for the Glasgow show is Friday, February 11.
Simply Red are best known for hits Stars, Holding Back the Years and Something Got Me Started.
