RANGERS have been crowned Scottish Premiership champions for the 55th time.

Steven Gerrard’s side completed an unbeaten season after beating Aberdeen 4-0 at Ibrox this afternoon. Jermain Defoe, a Joe Lewis own goal and a Kemar Roofe double earned the three points.
It means Rangers finished the season with 102 points, 25-points ahead of nearest challengers Celtic.
Ibrox was the scene of much celebration post-match as the players picked up their winner’s medal.
