A MAN has been arrested over claims he was acting suspiciously in the city's South Side.
Officers said they arrested and charged the man after they received reports of a male acting suspiciously around the Battlefield and Shawlands area.
The Glasgow South East Police division provided no further details on the incident.
They, however, confirmed that a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

A spokesman said: "Your community officers responded to reports of a male acting suspiciously around the Battlefield and Shawlands area.
"This male has now been identified, arrested, and charged.
"A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
