A CITY centre hotel is celebrating Pride in style with a new floral rainbow arch.
The showcase piece can be seen at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel who are joining in on Pride celebrations throughout the month of June.
The hotel say they are showing their colours, welcoming and celebrating the diversity of every guest with the gorgeous floral display created by Glasgow florist Rose N’ Thyme and a month of activity raising funds for LGBTQ charities.

Mafalda Albuquerque, General Manager at Kimpton Blythswood Square, said: “At Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel we believe one of our greatest strengths is our diverse workplace. We value every single member of the team and celebrate their unique talents. We wanted to spread some joy this year for the month of Pride and really show our colours with a rainbow welcome. We hope guests will enjoy our floral arch.
“We’re delighted to be supporting LGBT Youth Scotland who provide quality youth work to LGBTI young people and work in partnership for LGBTI equality and human rights. We hope to host Drag Social Hour with Marie St. Sandy in the gardens at Blythswood Square and support the charity with our very own Pride picnic, but if the Glasgow summer weather is typically wet, we’re glad to be able to host guests once again for drinks inside the hotel.”

Marie St. Sandy said: “I can’t wait to welcome hotel guests to our first Kimpton Blythswood Square Drag Social Hour at the end of the month. We’ll be spreading the love and laughter, and it will be so nice to see our guests enjoy the hotel and feeling celebrated here.”
