A SUPERFOOD and health bar offering everything from cold-pressed juices to custom acai bowls is set to expand its Glasgow offering to SIlverburn.
Juicy, who launched its first store in Byres Road in the city's West End in May 2021, plans to open a site within the Pollok shopping mall in early August.

Founder Fallon Carberry said: “Glasgow has really embraced the Juicy concept and we are ready to expand to our second site.
"Our rapid expansion is testament to the passion and confidence we have in the brand and opening a second outlet provides our loyal customers with more choice and convenience.
“Silverburn was a natural fit for us and we can’t wait to join their impressive portfolio of retail, food, and drink, and leisure brands.
"I love the location and the convenience that the centre provides, and we really feel like the Juicy offer is perfect for busy people on the go looking for a healthy lunch or a morning pick me up while they shop.”

Fallon, who also founded BLOW colour bar salons, added: "The pandemic has changed how people go about their day-to-day lives. And while initially we were getting takeaways or drinking more alcohol, we now see a growing trend for health-consciousness and it’s reshaping our consumption habits.
"We have further expansion plans in the pipeline and are extremely excited about our partnership and the opportunities to bring Juicy to Silverburn.”
David Pierotti, General Manager at Silverburn, added: “Our customers love to support Scottish brands, so it’s great to be welcoming Juicy to Silverburn.
"As a local, independent with a unique offer, it confirms our position as a great destination for emerging businesses.
"We know that it will be a great addition to the already strong dining line-up.”
