A VIGILANT neighbour caught a man breaking into a car in the city's East End, it is claimed.
The neighbour living in Tollcross Park View called the police when they allegedly saw the car break-in in the early hours of June 10.
A 29-year-old man has now been arrested in connection with the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 29-year-old man was arrested in Tollcross Park View in the early hours of the morning of June 10 breaking into a car.
"A vigilant neighbour reported the incident and police were able to trace him nearby.
"Please report any suspicious activity on 101 or in an emergency 999."
