The video was soundtracked by her first single, released earlier this year, Fuel to the Fire.
Rianne said: "When I first saw it my heart sank. This was my own song, that I have written myself, so it gets you when it's something you've put your heart and soul into."
Many social media users leapt to her defence and she hit back at the troll herself.
Rianne added: "I couldn't believe the amount of people who jumped to my aid.

She tweeted: "Five foot nuhin but sure as f*** can sing ye suhin".
She later thanked fans for their support, saying: "A comment that would have broke me has resulted in me feeling strong and proud.
"I can't thank you enough for sticking by me. It means the world."
The Scotland-daft singer recently performed the national anthem for Sky Sports ahead of Scotland's fateful match against the Czech Republic.
She said she will be watching the team face off against the Auld Enemy tomorrow night with family.
