DRIVERS have been warned to avoid flooded streets in Maryhill tonight.
Torrential rain has left parts of Maryhill Road, Kelvindale Road and Lochburn Road underwater and police have been called to the scene.

A video taken at the scene tonight showed a fire engine ploughing through the deluge.

The No1Seems2Care Facebook page warned drivers to avoid the area in a social media post.
A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed officers were on the ground and diverting traffic away from affected areas.
More rain is predicted over the weekend and thunderstorms could break out later next week.
