FLATS for mid-market rent could be built in North Glasgow if city planners give the project the go-ahead.
Glasgow Housing Association wants to build 48 new flats across three blocks which will be four storeys in height. The project will also include 46 parking spaces.
They have signalled interest in a site on 450-458 Ashgill Road in Milton.

A planning statement said: "The brownfield/ existing site on the prominent corner of Ashgill Road and Colston Road is currently occupied by a low rise office (Glasgow Housing Association local office) and a city property depot.
"The third portion of the site to the North has a now demolished Centre for the Unemployed.
"Both current buildings are of very low quality visually and are soon to be redundant."
