A GLASGOW hotel has launched a new afternoon tea which is catered for the kids and giving city grandparents a glass of fizz for free.
Voco Grand Central Glasgow will run the summer strawberry tea for the whole family across the school holidays.
Kids can explore their artistic side by decorating their own shortbread cookies and Victoria sponge cakes, whilst the adults enjoy the hotel's Champagne Central’s traditional Afternoon Tea.
Grandparents even get a free glass of fizz if they book summer strawberry tea, which includes a delicious selection of sandwiches, sweet treats, classic scones with clotted cream, and strawberry preserve, as well as tea and coffee.

Katie Moran, Food and Beverage Lead at voco Grand Central, said: “The word voco is inspired by the Latin for ‘come together’ and after a tough year with families being unable to spend valuable time together, we want Champagne Central and the hotel to be place for creating new memories and special moments.
"Our summer strawberry teas are a fun and delicious day out for all of the generations to enjoy this summer and we hope to see lots of smiling kids and grandparents with piping bags and sweet treats in hand very soon.”
