Fast food restaurant chain McDonald's has opened a new branch in Glasgow's South Side.
The new restaurant has opened on Prospecthill Road in Toryglen, with a 24-hour drive-thru operating from the site also, formally opening at 11.00am on Monday July, 12.
The new McDonald's location has also created more than 110 full-time and part-time jobs in the area.

Local franchisee, Andy Gibson, who invested in the Toryglen site, said: “It’s always an exciting day to open a new restaurant and to be given such a warm welcome from the local community has been the icing on the cake.
"Glasgow has been our home for many years and we look forward to getting to know the Toryglen community. If you’re nearby, pop in and say hello!”
