South Side takeaway fans will no doubt be familiar with Panda House on Pollokshaws Road who are often claimed to be the best Chinese in the area.

Lomond House – Maryhill
Lomond house on Glenovan Road is a well known favourite.
Tripadvisor user John-Patricia said "Use this takeaway Chinese all the time. Would never think about going elsewhere! We have tried loads on the menu and have never been disappointed
"The peking sauce ribs are excellent as are any of their King Prawn dishes. You get exactly what they say huge king prawns. Well done to the chefs who time after time create wonderful tasty dishes!"
Golden City – Govan
Golden City on Lorne street have a lot of loyal fans according to our online vote.
Try their customer favourite Crispy Shredded Beef if you’re struggling to choose from their comprehensive menu.
Wok Star - Govanhill
Located on Cathcart Road, Wok Star was a very popular suggestion over on our Facebook page.

Dumpling Monkey - West End
If you're the kind of person who believes a takeaway order isn't complete without at least one portion of dumplings then we have you covered.
Try Dumpling monkey on Dumbarton road.
TripAdvisor user 633sukih said: "At the risk of overstating things, if I was on death row and could have one final meal it would be the vegetarian potstickers, kimchi udon noodles and hong kong coffee tea cold from Dumpling Monkey.
"I have eaten dumplings in many other restaurants in other cities, but none have ever come close to here!"
Diamond Inn – Scotstoun
The most recommended takeaway by our readers on Facebook, the Diamond Inn on Dumbarton road is a solid fixture in our top ten.

Lotus Vegetarian Cuisine - Laurieston
The first fully vegan Chinese restaurant in Glasgow, Lotus Vegetarian Cuisine on Bridge Street makes mock meat versions of all your favourite takeaway classics from ‘Beef’ in Black Bean Sauce to ‘Chicken’ satay.
Who said you would have to sacrifice your usual order to go veggie?
Rice Bowl - The Gorbals
This takeaway on McNeil street gained a major following thanks to the power of Instagram where users of the app began posting videos with rave reviews of their salt n’ chilli specials.

Suggested by our readers, Yeeman on Balmore Road could be the North of Glasgow’s most popular Chinese takeaway.
Why not go full fusion and give their salt n’ chilli mozzarella sticks a try if you’re really looking to push the boat out.
Sims Garden - Anniesland
Sims Garden on Crow Road had a handful of votes from our readers and, going by their impressive Tripadvior ratings, they're a very safe bet for your next takeaway night.
