A PRISONER left a fellow inmate scarred for life after a brutal jail attack.
Stephen Savage pounced on Neil Crawford in HMP Barlinnie last September 26.
The 47-year-old struck using a makeshift weapon of a razor blade attached to a toothbrush.

Savage pleaded guilty to assaulting 31 year-old Crawford to his permanent disfigurement.
He was sentenced to two years at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
The hearing was told how Crawford was on a prison telephone when Savage lunged at him.
He was left bleeding after being repeatedly slashed across the head.

It was claimed the attack was "unprovoked".
Savage's lawyer Grazia Robertson told the court: "He accepts full responsibility. He had no pre-existing malice towards Crawford."
