A MAN has denied attacking his lover to the danger of her life.
David McWilliamson allegedly struck the woman on the neck with a broken bottle at a property in Glasgow's Springburn on April 3, 2021.
Prosecutors state McWilliamson then repeatedly punched and kicked her to the head and body.

The charge claims the assault was to the woman's severe injury, permanent disfigurement and to the danger of her life.
The allegations are aggravated by involving the abuse of a partner or ex-partner.
McWilliamson pleaded not guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A trial was set for March next year by Sheriff Alan Mackenzie.
