POLICE have taped off part of a field near Glasgow in a probe into "disturbed" land.
Officers are on the scene in a field near Duntocher Road, Bearsden and have been since the mystery was reported at the weekend.
It is not clear what they are looking for.
Photographs show a number of cops on the scene and a section of the field marked out by police tape.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Officers are conducting enquiries into a disturbed piece of farm land in the Duntocher Road area of Bearsden which was reported to police on Saturday, August 14, 2021.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish any criminality.”
