Update given after cops investigate 'disturbed' land near Glasgow
AN UPDATE has been provided after police investigated a piece of "disturbed" land in Bearsden.
We previously reported that officers had been in a field near Duntocher Road since Saturday.
An area of the field had been taped off.

But officers have now stood down after "no criminality" was found.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers have concluded enquiries into a disturbed piece of farmland in the Duntocher Road area of Bearsden which was reported to police on Saturday, August 14, 2021.
“No evidence of any criminality has been established in relation to this.”
