A MAN has been rushed to hospital following a "disturbance" near Glasgow.
Officers responded to Stewart Street in Dalmuir after the alarm was raised at around 6.30am today.
The force confirmed one man has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
Police are currently trying to establish the full circumstances.
Enquiries are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a disturbance on Stewart Street, Dalmuir, around 6.30am on Saturday, 25 September.
"Officers arrived at the scene and are currently trying to establish the full circumstances.
"One man has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Enquiries are ongoing.
"Anyone with any information about the incident should contact us on 101 quoting incident number 0949 of 25 September."
