GLASGOW'S iconic West End will be transformed into an ice rink fit for Santa himself as Elfingrove makes its return.
Itison is set to to take over Kelvingrove Park this December as guests are welcomed to the Kingdom of Elfingrove, featuring the country's largest ice rink.
The Elfin Trail will take guests on a walk of wonder down by the River Elfin through Kelvingrove park to see seven incredible creatures brought to life before reaching the kingdom and street food village.
The Ice Experience is hoped to be Glasgow's answer to New York's Rockefeller Centre with a covered see-through roof set against the stunning backdrop of a beautifully lit Kelvingrove Museum - complete with a skate up Mallow Café.

The show, which is set to run from December 2 to Christmas Eve, will create over 200 jobs and generate a multi-million-pound windfall for the local economy.
It comes after the 2019 event was heavily criticised for offering nothing more than a "free museum [tour] with the lights switched off".
A petition was launched by angry event-goers who demanded a refund.
Oli Norman, CEO of itison and Elfingrove director said: “From Rockefeller Centre in New York to Ice World in Vienna, I’ve skated some of the world’s most iconic rinks. To create our own at Kelvingrove Museum to rival those great cities is a real honour.”

“With the Elfin Trail we’ve created a truly magical winter walk of wonder in an area of Kelvingrove Park that takes you down to the River Kelvin (Elfin!). If you enjoy GlasGLOW you’re going to love the Elfin Trail.”
Early bird Elfin Trail and Ice Experience tickets will go on sale next Wednesday at 7.30am.
The show will also see the return of the Elfingrove Legacy Fund (E.L.F) - the community engagement initiative which sees thousands of tickets donated to families who need it most and funds a capital project in the city.
Trailers are set to be revealed throughout the week to offer more insight into the event.
