STV presenter Sean Batty will host a new series exploring how people across Scotland are doing their bit to protect the environment.
Don't Waste Scotland will follow the popular TV weatherman as he travels around the country and meets a range of people who have put Scotland's environmental future at "the forefront of their hearts and minds".
With the world watching Scotland as Glasgow prepares for the COP26 climate change conference, it's also hoped the series will inspire viewers with ideas on how they can live a greener life.
Sean said: "Scotland is renowned the world over for its natural beauty, but the sad reality is that we'll lose the country we know and love if we don't take urgent action now.
"I had such an incredible time travelling across Scotland and meeting some of the inspiring people who are working hard to preserve our country for generations to come.
"Tweaking our lifestyles can be daunting, but at a time when we're all looking for ways of making a difference, I hope viewers will learn as much from watching this series as I did making it."
During the series, which is sponsored by smart meter, Sean meets a range of inspiring individuals, including Ayrshire paddle boarders Charlotte and Neil who spend much of their time searching rivers to clean out rubbish before it goes into the sea.
Don't Waste Scotland begins on STV on October 20 at 8pm and continues weekly.
