TWO people have been arrested and a man taken to hospital after an incident next to Central Station.
Police have confirmed a man and woman were nicked in connection with an alleged attack on Union Street this afternoon, which saw the individual rushed to hospital where he remains.
The exact nature of the incident is unknown at this time but eye-witnesses have told the Glasgow Times a man was led away from the scene with "blood rushing from his head".

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Officers were called to Union Street, outside Glasgow Central Station, at around 1.10pm on Thursday, October 21, 2021, following an altercation involving three people.
“A man and a woman have been arrested in connection with the incident, and a second man taken to hospital for treatment.
“A police presence remains while enquiries are conducted at the scene."
