A NEW housing development will launch this month in West Dunbartonshire.
Miller Homes has announced it will launch its third development in the area, in Dumbarton, on October 30.
Garshake Gardens will include 76 three and four-bedroom houses with a mix of terrace, detached and semi-detached styles, and will include the popular Halston and Carlton three-bedroom and Blackwood and Lockwood four-bedroom homes.
An Oakwood showhome will also be launched early next year.
Louise Caldwell, sales director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: “Miller Homes is delighted to announce the launch of Garshake Gardens, our third development in West Dunbartonshire in recent years.
“Our Bradfields and Millerbank developments have been exceptionally popular amongst buyers.
“We anticipate that Garshake Gardens will be no different due to its excellent location, superb local amenities, and connectivity to Glasgow.
“We have seen a strong interest in Garshake Gardens, and with such high demand for new homes, we would encourage prospective buyers to register their interest to avoid disappointment.”

The new development is located a short distance from Dumbarton’s town centre and central train station and, just minutes from the A82, it offers easy access to Glasgow’s city centre and West End.
It comes after the “enormous success” of the completed Braidfields development and the Millerbank development which launched in Clydebank earlier this year.
Homes will be available to reserve online from 9am on Saturday, October 30.
