Glasgow restaurant Unalome has been awarded three AA rosettes for their modern and sustainable approach to Scottish cuisine.
The winning Sauchiehall street eatery is owned by Glasgow born chef Graeme Cheevers and showcases the best of Scottish produce with dishes like Veal sweetbreads, asparagus, pickled walnut and preserved lemon or cooked fillet of bass with caramelised onion and vin jaune sauce.
Speaking of their opening earlier this year Graeme, who already has two Michelin Stars to his name, said: "We have been delighted with the response from guests since opening in June.
"We had been due to start welcoming diners earlier in the year, and once restrictions started easing it was a great relief to finally be able to share our hard work and new dishes with the fantastic people of Glasgow."

AA rosettes are awarded to ‘outstanding restaurants achieving standards which demand national recognition well beyond their local area’ and are decided by one or more visits by an AA inspector.
Unalome earned the prestigious accolade after an AA inspector was impressed with their 'vibrant modern Scottish cooking'.
