IT will soon be full steam ahead for the new series of Inside Central Station when it arrives on the BBC next month.
The hit show, which has reached over 700,000 since it first aired, will leave the sidings for its third season on Sunday, November 7.
With the team trying to get back on track after two Covid-19 lockdowns, it's all-change at Scotland's busiest railway hub. It's the same in the studio with disgraced actor Kevin Guthrie dropped as narrator following his conviction for sexually assaulting a woman.
During the series, staff, including new manager Drew, will readjust to life in the station as they deal with major events for the first time in more than a year, including the delayed Euro 2020 finals.
A BBC spokesperson added: "With returning favourite characters and new faces on the concourse, Central begins to hum with life again.
"We are reunited with tour guides Paul and Jackie who look to the future of their hugely-popular Glasgow Central Tours, which connect the station with the social history of Glasgow.

"As they wait for word of whether or not the tours will be allowed to restart, Paul chats to Professor Willy Maley.
"The Glasgow University academic tells Paul that his father James, like many other left-wing Glaswegians, left this very station in 1936 to fight in the Spanish Civil War."
