THE Libertines took a bow last night after two sell-out shows in Glasgow.
They performed to crowds last night at the O2 Academy on Eglinton Street and took to Instagram to say: "Glasgow, that was beautiful, Bournemouth you're up next... the Albion sails on course."
And on Monday night, the indie rockers led by notorious frontman Pete Doherty played a more intimate gig at St Luke's in the East End.
Doherty, who has a special fondness for Glasgow, was also spotted at popular city chicken joint, Buck's Bar.
A staff member said: "In today’s instalment of “Lauren meets…” we have Pete Doherty! Have a great gig tonight @stlukesglasgow it was lovely to meet ya!"
The band has been touring smaller venues up and down the country as part of their "Giddy Up a Ding Dong Tour."
