A NEW restaurant could be opening in Glasgow city centre if planners approve.
Saltys West Glasgow Ltd wants to take over the former newsagents on 26 Renfield Street.
They have asked Glasgow city council for permission for a change of use and they also want to make frontage alterations.

No further details have been revealed on the type of cuisine which would be served at the restaurant.
A decision is expected on the plans by January 11 and the last date for comments is December 20.
