The rush hour commute could be impacted, as the Scotrail app showed that journeys to Glasgow Queen Street from Coatbridge Sunnyside were delayed or cancelled.
Scotrail then announced that they can resume normal working service, but changes may be in place.
UPDATE: Checks have been carried out and normal working can now safely resume. Services will be restored, however some alterations may continue whilst we get our units back into position.
