There’s a glamorous new meeting spot for festive party goers this December as voco Grand Central Hotel welcome their new Belvedere vodka pop up bar.
Taking centre stage under the hotel’s glittering chandelier, the pop-up bar makes for the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of Christmas shopping or to kick off your festive nights out in style.
The bar will serve a selection of bespoke cocktails created by Champagne Central’s Kris Bazys.

Each drink has been expertly crafted to showcase the new range of Belvedere organic infusions which are made with 100% certified organic ingredients.
Treat yourself to A Night In Paris which uses Belvedere Organic Infusions Pear & Ginger, with Xanté, lemon and cinnamon syrup.
Or, for a light and fresh tipple, there’s the Dear Melissa which combines Belvedere Organic Infusions Blackberry & Lemongrass with citric acid, sugar syrup, soda and Passoã.

Finally, the Till We Meet Again mixes Belvedere Organic Infusions Lemon & Basil, along with amontillado sherry, pineapple syrup, lime and walnut bitters.

The bar is open now will run all through the festive season until the New Year.
