A MAN was found dead in Barrhead yesterday.
Officers were called to Aurs Road in the town at around 2.30pm following reports of the "sudden death" of a man.
Police confirmed the 48-year-old's death is being treated as "unexplained" but they do not believe it to be suspicious.
An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called around 2.30pm on Friday, December 10, to a report of the sudden death of a 48-year-old man in Aurs Road, Barrhead.
"The death is being treated as unexplained but not believed to be suspicious. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
