CREWS filming the second series of the hit TV show Good Omens enjoyed some sweet treats from a Glasgow bakery yesterday. 

Bosses at Tantrum Doughnuts shared their 'delight' in providing festive goodies to crews saying that they "couldn't resist" making some "fun custom ones".

The bakery, which has branches in the city centre and West End, added slogans from the show on top of doughnuts before sending them out.

A post on Instagram reads: "We were delighted to provide Christmas doughnuts for the crew of Good Omens Series 2 on Friday! 

"We couldn't resist including some fun custom ones."

It comes as we previously reported that Welsh actor Michael Sheen was spotted in Glasgow filming scenes for the second series of the Amazon fantasy comedy which also stars David Tennant.

The 52-year-old enjoyed making regular visits to Epicures on Hyndland Road while staying in the city last month. 

Good Omens was created and written by Neil Gaiman and is based on his and Terry Pratchett's 1990 novel of the same name.
