WE are back with a new episode of our Glasgow Food Chat podcast this afternoon.
With just a couple days to go until Christmas, our new episode will help you capture the festive atmosphere this Wednesday.
From 2pm join our hosts Sarah Campbell and Paul Trainer as they discuss Christmas dinners and traditions with this week's guests.
It is not really Christmas without a cheese platter, is it? Rachna Dheer of Starter Culture in the Southside would certainly agree.
She will also be joined by James Rusk, co-owner of The Butchershop co-owner which this year is offering a superb Christmas menu.
Adding a few alternative approaches to festive feasts will be Bloc's head chef Andy Neilson. The chef recently added deep fired pigs in blankets and sprout tatty poutine to the holiday selection, which you will not want to miss out on.
