CCTV images have been released of a man police wish to speak to in relation to a serious assault in Coatbridge.
The incident took place on Whifflet Street in Whifflet at around 00.15am on Sunday, November 28.
Officers believe the man in the images may have information that could assist with an ongoing investigation into the assault.
The man pictured is described as being of slim build, with light coloured hair, and of average height.

He can be seen to be wearing dark clothing and shoes as well as a distinctive blue camouflage North Face jacket.
Police are urging anyone with any information relating to the man in the images to come forward.
Detective Constable Shemain Murphy said: "I would urge the man depicted in the images, or anyone who has information relating to him, contact police via 101.
"Please quote reference number 0289 of Sunday, November 28, 2021, when calling. Alternatively, calls can be made anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
