A new vegan bakery and café is set to open in the West End of Glasgow offering a whole range of cruelty-free sweet treats.
Signage for Plant Blonde has been spotted in Partick and, going by their recent recruitment posts on social media, we won’t have long to wait until we see them open fully.

The Plant Blonde team started out as a wholesale baking business and previously supplied some of our favourite cafes all including Caffeine Battlefield, Rose and Grants and Juicy on Byres road with their empire biscuits and cupcakes.
However, the new shop at 61-63 Hyndland Street will be the baker’s first permanent home.
In one of the most recent posts on the Plant Blonde Facebook, they said: “We love and appreciate each and every single one of you so very much and can’t thank you enough for everything.
“We couldn’t do this without you.
“What a year it’s going to be, Plant Blonde Café 2022.
“Thank you to our amazing stockists and suppliers for your continued support, love and friendship.”
