A SCOTS actor will stand trial next month accused of challenging a man to a fight on social media.
Paul Brannigan, 35, allegedly behaved in a threatening or abusive manner from a property in Glasgow's Barrowfield on July 8, 2020.
Court papers state The Angels' Share star contacted William Hendry "via social media and challenged him to a fight."

Brannigan is also alleged to have not complied with a court order in relation to causing alarm and distress to witnesses.
It is alleged that Brannigan was told not to contact William and Margaret Hendry.
Brannigan is alleged to have contacted William without a reasonable excuse.
The former River City actor is said to have been due to appear at court on an undertaking at the time.
