PLANS for the next phase of a housing development in Cardonald have been put forward.
Mullberry Homes Ltd has applied to Glasgow City Council to build four new homes on land to the rear of Berryknowes Drive.
It's part of a larger project, taking place over five different phases.
The proposed new homes will be semi-detached townhouses.
The ground floor consists of a living room and kitchen/diner. The first floor will have two bedrooms and a bathroom, meanwhile, the second floor will include a bedroom, en-suite, dressing room and study.
In a design statement, it states: "The site is generally surrounded by residential properties and flats. However, to the rear and sides of the site is Craigton Cemetery, and a school."
The council is due to make a decision on the plans by March 4. The last date for public comments is February 7.
