We're feeling spellbound today as Six by Nico release the new menu for their latest dining experience.
The 'Once Upon A Time' theme by Glasgow born Chef Nico Simeone will centre around all of our favourite fairytales, encouraging diners to indulge their inner child with a six-course feast.
Highlights include the Dickens inspired 'Please Sir, Can I Have Some More?' featuring Confit Potato, Hay Baked Potato Mousseline, Preserved Wild Garlic & Pickled Onion.

The dessert dish is a nod to the tale of Beaty and the Beast with 'The Last Rose Petal' made with Mascarpone Creme, Rose, Hibiscus & Rhubarb.
As always, the restaurant will offer a fully vegetarian option.
Chef Nico Simeone said: "Our 'Once Upon A Time' theme is a gastronomic journey through the enchanting realm of fairytales and folklore.
"It's also a new chapter for Six by Nico restaurants as we introduce a new wave of engaging themes that provide our customers with unique food and drink experiences".
The Once Upon A Time menu will run from Monday, January 31 to Sunday, March 13 at all Six by Nico locations.
