OVER 6,700 new cases of Covid-19 and 30 Covid-related deaths have been recorded in Scotland overnight, according to the latest figures.
The Scottish Government confirmed 6,768 people have reported positive test results for Covid-19 since Friday.
This is a decrease from yesterday's figure of 7,162 new cases.
However, Public Health Scotland noted that one health board did not submit data in time for this update.

In the last 24 hours, 30 deaths have been recorded bringing the death toll in Scotland under the daily measure – of people who first tested positive for the virus within the previous 28 days – to 10,195.
There were 1,458 people in hospital yesterday with recently confirmed Covid-19, with 16 patients in intensive care.
So far, Scottish vaccination figures stand at, 4,405,059 people have received their first dose of a Covid vaccination, 4,102,038 people have received their second dose, and 3,245,885 have received their third dose or booster.
